How much so ever one may try, one cannot consistently drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. You (especially me!) enthusiastically start drinking lot of water daily but eventually all the enthu goes phussss and back to normal routine. Now here comes Detox Water in picture. A tasty chilled water wherein you can add fruits/veggies as per your choice and sip it through several times a day without feeling guilty of extra calories. So it basically is a plain water with tasteful nutritive value.
Detox Water or infused water is a combination of vegetables, herbs or fruits immersed in cold water. It is basically a zero calorie drink with added benefits. It is rich in anti-oxidants and help flush out the toxins from the body. It is also called “Spa Water”.
