I guess Maybelline is the only brand in India right now which has maintained its drugstore prices and is also continuously evolving itself with regular new launches every few months.

When Maybelline announced the launch of these Velvet Matte Lipsticks recently, I was super duper excited because as you all know I am a matte lippie addict. Anything that says Matte, I’m sold.

I have always been in search of a nude lipstick but just couldn’t find that perfect nude for my NC25 skintone. Browns I don’t like and pink nudes were just kinda washing me out or looking too cool toned.
After trying the creamy range (read the review of Cherry crush shade here), I had just generally gone to a local store to see if any shade of this new range is worth buying and voila! As soon as SA swatched this particular shade on my hand, I knew this could be my MLBB shade. I grabbed it from her, tried it onto the lips and OMGGG couldn’t believe that I had found my perfect nude.

I think Maybelline is just one such brand in India, which can still be called a drugstore brand. The prices at which it launches its products is just amazing, so pocket friendly and you don’t have to think twice before buying it atleast.

Last month toh I was sporting 1 thin and 1 thick brow for more than 20 days. these parlour girls you know are really difficult to deal with! Anyways I already have had thin scarce brows so eyebrow pencil/powder is must for me. Earlier I was using the NYX Brow Powder (reviewed here) but since the day I have got this one, am hooked to this.
